Enea Kelvin (Ogheneakpobor Righteous Akpochimoraa - Akpowowo ), born in Eku, Delta State Nigeria.
For me, singing is more than just a gift. It’s a calling, which I humbly carry to uplift and touch the souls of others. My singing began at a very tender age. I started as a member of the children's choir, then later progressed to the youth choir at God's Life Gospel Mission International, where my father, Rev Friday O. Akpowowo was one of the founding members and pastor.
After completing my primary education, I moved to Enugu state of Nigeria where I studied banking and finance at Enugu State University of Science and Technology. I also perused mass communication at the Institute of Management & Technology.
During my first years of studying, I was an active member of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, after which I joined Living Faith Church, better known as Winners Chapel in my last years at the University.
My role at both churches mostly entailed leading the weekly worship sessions, where I was honored to have done various solo pieces.
My musical career in the gospel industry did not stop there. In Germany, I was blessed to have taken the role of Music Director at The RCCG Miracle Centre, Munich, Germany - an opportunity that brought me instant growth and inspired me to expand my gift.
In 2018, I took my singing to the next level and held my first ever concert ‘THE CALL MUSICAL PROJECT’, which was followed by the release of my first single titled "Thank you".
The project "The Call " is a platform God has given me to reach out and uplift people of all races, cultures, ages and religion. Me and my team are geared towards promoting purpose, the discovery of purpose and culture. ‘The Call’ gospel concert has recorded two successful editions since its launch in 2018 and has so far gotten positive feedback.
Aside from singing, I have always had a passion to promote purpose, as an innovative tool of influence. As young as age six, I was already the President of The Children Evangelical Ministry Delta state, which was founded by the late Mrs Okobia. She was considered by many as a mentor and a role model, a woman whose heart beat for God and whose love and care for children was immense.
I am also blessed with an amazing husband, Kelvin Akpochimoraa , with whom I have a lovely daughter.
I am not only a multi-talented trail blazer in my musical career, but also a visionary in other aspects of my life. My goal is to serve others and use music to execute the purpose of my living.
